Roof cleaning and moss removal in the UK typically costs £400–£1,200 for a standard 3-bed semi in 2026, or roughly £12–£25 per square metre, with soft-wash biocide treatments at the lower end and full scrape-plus-treat jobs at the higher end. The three methods
