These terms govern your use of Squeegify. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

The service
Squeegify provides a quoting widget, lead inbox, scheduling and pricing tools for window cleaning businesses. We do not collect payments from your customers and we are not party to any agreement between you and them.
Trial and billing
- Every new workspace gets a 7-day free trial with no card required.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in GBP, exclusive of VAT. Yearly plans are billed as twelve months up front at the discounted rate.
- Starting a paid plan during a trial ends the trial immediately and begins the subscription.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial periods.
- If a trial ends without payment, the dashboard is locked until a plan is started. Your data is preserved.
Plan limits
Each plan includes a monthly quote allowance, a number of team seats and a number of widget installs. Limits are enforced server-side. Quotes beyond your allowance may be charged at the published overage rate or blocked depending on your plan.
Quote accuracy
AI window counts and prices are estimates generated from the pricing rules you configure and from publicly available property imagery. You are responsible for your pricing rules and for the final price you charge. Low confidence and unusual properties are flagged for your manual review rather than auto-quoted.
Acceptable use
Do not use Squeegify to send unsolicited marketing, to submit data you have no right to process, to reverse engineer the service, or to place the widget on sites you do not control.
Affiliate programme
Referral commission is paid on genuine new paying customers only. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, incentivised signups and traffic from bots or paid brand-bidding are rejected. Commission clears 10 days after the referred customer's invoice is successfully paid; refunds, disputes or failed payments inside that window cancel it. Payout requests are reviewed before release.
Availability and liability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
