Getting started
From signing up to your first live quote in about five minutes.
- Create your workspace
- Sign up, pick a trial plan and the setup guide walks you through business details, service area, prices, branding and install.
- Set your pricing rules
- Dashboard → Pricing. Per-window rate, minimum job price, call-out fee, access and condition rules, frequency adjustments and VAT. Every price the widget shows comes from these numbers.
- Pricing guide
- Worked examples of per-window, per-property, bedroom and size pricing — plus the common mistakes to avoid.
- Define what counts as a window
- Charging per pane, per frame or per opening? Set it in Pricing → Window definition so the estimate counts the way you quote.

Installing the widget
One snippet, any website builder.
- WordPress
- Paste the snippet from Dashboard → Widget into a Custom HTML block, or add it before </body> in your theme footer.
- Wix / Squarespace / GoDaddy
- Add an Embed or Code block on the page where you want the quote form and paste the snippet.
- Webflow / Framer
- Drop an Embed element on the page, or add the snippet to site-wide custom code for the floating button.
- Shopify
- Settings → Custom code, or paste into a Custom Liquid section.
- No website?
- Use your hosted quote page link instead — branded with your logo and colours, and ready for a bio link, Google Business profile or WhatsApp.

Leads and quoting
What happens after someone gets a price.
- Where do leads go?
- Straight into Dashboard → Leads with the address, window breakdown, confidence, photos, chosen services and the exact price the visitor saw. You get an email too.
- Awkward or unclear jobs
- Anything the estimate is unsure about is flagged for your review instead of auto-quoting. The visitor is told you'll confirm, and can upload photos.
- Accepting a job
- Accept the lead and it moves into the Ready to schedule queue — pick a date and it becomes a job.

Billing and plans
Trials, upgrades and cancelling.
- Trial
- 7 days free. You pick a plan and add a card to start, but nothing is charged until day 7 — cancel before then and you pay nothing.
- Changing plan
- Dashboard → Billing. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply from the next period.
- Cancelling
- Dashboard → Account → Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
