Each unique address quoted through the widget counts as one quote, regardless of how many times the customer refines window count or frequency before locking the price. Demo-mode quotes (from /demo or the install-page testbed) never count. Quotes that resolve to an excluded property type (listed building, top-floor flat, etc.) also don't count · the widget shows a polite handoff message and saves the enquiry without burning your allowance.
You don't lose service · the widget keeps quoting. Overage is metered in real time and billed at the end of the month at your tier's overage rate: £0.40 on Solo, £0.30 on Growth, £0.20 on Scale, £0.10 on Fleet. The billing page shows your usage and projected overage live so there are no surprises. Upgrade tier the moment overage exceeds the gap to the next plan price · the dashboard nudges you when that happens.
Yes, any time. Click Manage in /dashboard/billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing month so you keep what you've paid for. No tier change is destructive · pricing rules, leads, widget config, integrations all stay intact.
Yes. 7 days, every plan, no exceptions. No card required to start · pick a plan on /pricing, create your account, and you get the full product immediately (same AI, same dashboard, same quote allowance). On day 7 you add payment via Stripe to keep going, or walk away with no charge. If you've added payment during the trial, Stripe charges on day 8; if not, dashboard access pauses until you pay.
No. Installation is one HTML snippet you copy from /dashboard/install and paste into your site. We have step-by-step guides for WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, and Carrd · most operators install in under 60 seconds with no developer. If your site builder allows custom HTML embed, Squeegify works. The install page also has a live verification check that confirms the snippet is running before you go live.
Yes. One button in /dashboard/billing opens the Stripe Customer Portal · cancel takes effect at the end of the current billing month, no notice required, no exit fee, no phone call. Lead history stays exportable as CSV for 90 days after cancellation. The widget stops generating quotes the moment your subscription ends, so customers don't see a broken experience.
