Privacy policy
Squeegify processes two kinds of personal data: the details of the business using the product, and the details of the homeowners who request a quote through a customer's widget.

Who we are
Squeegify Ltd ("we") provides AI quoting and lead-capture software for window cleaning businesses in the United Kingdom and Ireland. For business account data we act as a data controller. For quote enquiries submitted through a customer's widget we act as a data processor on behalf of that business.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address, business name, phone number, website, country and currency.
- Billing data: subscription plan, billing cycle and invoice history. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
- Quote enquiries: the homeowner's name, email, phone, property address, selected services, notes and any photos uploaded.
- Product analytics: widget views, quote steps completed and submissions, used to show conversion statistics in the dashboard.
- Technical data: IP address (stored hashed for referral fraud prevention), browser user agent and referring page.
Why we process it
To provide the service under our contract with you, to calculate quotes, to deliver leads to the correct workspace, to take payment, to prevent abuse of the referral programme and to comply with our legal obligations. Non-essential analytics run only after cookie consent is given.
Sub-processors
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (EU region).
- Stripe — subscription billing and affiliate payouts.
- Google Maps Platform — address lookup and property imagery for window estimates.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Retention
Account and lead data is retained while your workspace is active. When you delete your account we erase your workspace, leads, uploaded photos and widget configuration within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Dashboard → Account. You may also object to processing or ask us to restrict it. If you believe we have mishandled your data you can complain to the ICO (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ireland).
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to workspace data is enforced at the database level, so one business can never read another's leads. Uploaded photos live in a private bucket reachable only through signed, expiring links.
