FAQs
Is Squeegify a CRM?
No. Squeegify is the instant-quote front-end that captures the lead before it hits your CRM. We forward priced, booked leads to Squeegee / Jobber / Commusoft or just keep them in our dashboard if you don’t use a CRM.
Why not just use Squeegee / Jobber on its own?
Because the customer on your website doesn’t want to fill in a contact form and wait. They want a price now. None of the major scheduling CRMs ship with a real instant-quote engine for the customer-facing surface.
Can I use Squeegify and Squeegee together?
Yes · that’s the most common setup. Squeegify captures the lead on the website with a locked £ price; webhook forwards it to Squeegee for round assignment and recurring scheduling.
Do you integrate with Jobber?
Yes, via webhook + Zapier (Jobber action). The lead lands as a new client + work request with the price pre-populated.
What about Commusoft?
Same pattern · webhook posts the lead, Zapier (or our REST API on Fleet) creates the Commusoft work order.
Can I export my data?
Yes, any time. CSV export from /dashboard/leads. Full DSR endpoint at /api/privacy/dsr. No lock-in.
Where is data hosted?
EU (Supabase Frankfurt). PII auto-purges at 12 months by default; configurable per operator.
