How we handle incidents
If lead capture or the widget is affected we treat it as critical: the widget degrades to manual-review mode so a visitor's enquiry is never lost, and affected workspaces are emailed directly. Non-critical degradation (for example slower AI window counts) falls back to your manual count flow.
Report a problem
Email robin@squeegify.co.uk with your workspace name and the page or widget URL. Include a screenshot if you can — it usually halves the fix time.
