Squeegify Is Now Live in the US, Canada & Australia
The instant-quoting platform used by UK & Ireland window cleaners is now live in the US, Canada and Australia — priced in local currency, with local tax wording and service areas. Here's what's available today and how it works.
Writes about software, tools and getting set up online.

Squeegify began as the instant-quoting platform for window cleaning businesses in the UK and Ireland. From today, it's live for cleaners in three more markets — the United States, Canada and Australia — with real local pricing, not a UK product with a currency swap bolted on. If you run a round anywhere from Austin to Albany, Toronto to Vancouver, or Sydney to Perth, everything below works for you now.
This is a genuine market launch, so it's worth being precise about what that means and what it doesn't. Here's exactly what's available.
What's live in each market
Each new market gets its own localised setup, not a one-size-fits-all page:
- United States — billed in US dollars, with sales-tax wording and service areas in miles. Dedicated landing page at squeegify.co.uk/us.
- Canada — billed in Canadian dollars, with GST/HST wording and service areas in kilometres. Dedicated landing page at squeegify.co.uk/ca.
- Australia — billed in Australian dollars, with GST wording and service areas in kilometres. Dedicated landing page at squeegify.co.uk/au.
- The UK (/uk) and Ireland (/ie) remain fully supported, exactly as before.
You're charged in your own currency — US, Canadian or Australian dollars — at the real local price, not a pounds figure converted at checkout. Your subscription, your plan and your pricing are all in the money you actually work in.
The problem it solves is the same everywhere
Wherever you clean, homeowners buy a local service the same way: they message two or three cleaners and book the first credible price that comes back. If your reply lands the next evening — because you were up a pole all day and quoting all night — you lose jobs you'd already won on price. Squeegify closes that gap by pricing the enquiry the moment it arrives, on your own rules, without you touching your phone.
How the instant quote widget works
A visitor lands on your website and types their address. Squeegify pulls public aerial and street-level imagery of the building and proposes a window count. The visitor confirms or adjusts that number, picks how often they want the clean and any extras, and sees a real, branded price straight away.
- One line of code drops the widget onto WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy or a hand-coded site.
- The AI window-count is an estimate the customer reviews and can adjust — not a black-box number they can't see or change.
- Unusual or low-confidence jobs — large or unusual properties, commercial glass, awkward access — are flagged for your manual review instead of auto-quoting a figure you'd regret.
- Frequency, access, number of storeys and add-ons are all priced exactly the way you already quote.
A note of honesty on accuracy: the window-count model has been refined longest on UK housing, so in the newer markets we lean on the customer confirming the count and on flagging anything unusual for you to check. You stay in control of the final number on every quote — the automation handles the routine jobs and hands you the ones that need a human eye. Local extras and tax wording, not just a currency symbol
Localisation runs deeper than the price label. Each market uses the extras a cleaner there would actually quote for, the right tax wording — sales tax in the US, GST/HST in Canada, GST in Australia — and the right distance unit for service areas. The demo and the country pages are preset to the local market so what you see is what your customers will see.
No website? Use a hosted quote page
Plenty of cleaners run entirely off social media, a maps listing and word of mouth. You don't need to build a website to use Squeegify. Every account gets a hosted quote page — branded with your logo and colours — that you can drop into your business profile, your social bio, a message reply or a flyer QR code. The customer gets the same instant price; you get the same qualified lead.
Pricing that flexes to your round
There's no single right price for a window clean in any country — a dense city round and a scattered rural one have completely different economics. Squeegify holds your own numbers and applies them consistently to every enquiry:
- Your base per-window or per-property rate, in your local currency.
- Property-type multipliers for apartments, row houses, single-storey and multi-storey homes and larger detached properties.
- Access and storey surcharges for stairs, height, locked gates and carry distances.
- Frequency adjustments so regular and one-off cleans each carry the right price.
- A real minimum job price and your local tax setting, applied every time.
Leads and analytics in one dashboard
Every quote becomes a lead with the address, the window breakdown, the confidence score, any photos, the services chosen and the exact price the visitor saw. You get an email, and the lead lands in your dashboard ready to accept and schedule. Squeegify also shows you the numbers that matter: how many people started a quote, how many finished, your win rate and where enquiries come from — so you can tell whether your ads or your flyers are actually paying.
Squeegify quotes, captures and analyses leads. It does not run your rounds, invoice customers or collect payments. It sits in front of whatever you already use to manage the work. We'd rather be straight about that than oversell it.
Getting started in your market
Setup is a one-sitting job: sign up, set your pricing rules, and either paste the widget onto your site or share your hosted quote page. Your first 7 days are free, nothing is charged until day 7, and you can cancel in one click. Try the live demo with any local address to see exactly what your customers will see, then judge it on your own enquiries.
Head to your market's page — the US, Canada or Australia — to see local pricing, or compare the plans and try the live demo now. If you'd rather see it in your own branding first, put a free preview on your website.
Put what you just read to work while you're out cleaning.
You came here to get better at the trade. Squeegify turns that knowledge into a quote form on your own website — so visitors price themselves, book a slot, and drop into your inbox while you're on the ladder. No more lost enquiries because you couldn't answer the phone.
