What it actually does
Most window-cleaning websites today end with a contact form. The customer sends an enquiry, waits hours for a reply, checks two competitors, and books the first one back to them. Squeegify replaces that step. Your customer sees a price in seconds, accepts it, and lands in your dashboard with the address, windows, and preferred date already captured.
- Quote engine · Runs the operator’s own pricing rules (per-window, per-floor, frequency discount, access surcharges, add-ons) over the customer-confirmed property facts + EPC + operator’s exclusion list. Deterministic · same inputs always produce the same quote.
- Embeddable widget · One line of HTML on the operator’s site. Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Carrd, and custom HTML. Iframe-isolated · doesn’t fight the host site’s CSS or JS.
- Operator dashboard · Every quote becomes a lead row with the customer’s contact, the address, the price, an access-risk note, a job-time estimate, and the pricing-rule version that generated it. Forward to your CRM via webhook, Zapier, or just work straight from the dashboard.

FAQs
Is Squeegify a CRM?
No. Squeegify sits IN FRONT of your CRM. We replace the contact form with an instant-quote widget; we feed the captured lead into Jobber / Squeegee / Commusoft / your spreadsheet via webhook or Zapier.
How is the window count estimated?
We pull Google satellite + street-view imagery for the address and propose a count from it. The customer confirms it on the widget before the quote locks. The customer-confirmed count is what gets used to price · the proposed number is advisory only.
What if the customer says the count is wrong?
The widget always lets the customer edit. Most cleans land within ±2 windows of the proposed count; for unusual properties the customer just types the real number.
What happens if a property is excluded (listed, commercial, top-floor flat)?
The widget shows a polite ‘we’ll be in touch’ message and saves the enquiry as a lead in your dashboard so you can quote manually. Operator-configurable in the rules editor.
Does it work on WordPress / Wix / Squarespace / Webflow / Shopify / Carrd?
Yes. One line of HTML. Install guides at /install. Tested on every UK site builder that allows custom HTML embed.
What about pricing rules?
Every operator has their own pricing DSL · per-window rate, per-floor uplift, frequency multipliers, access surcharges, add-on fees, exclusions, minimum job, maximum cap, round-density discount. Edited at /dashboard/settings with a live preview and version history.
Can I cancel?
Yes. One button in your dashboard. Access continues to end of billing month. Lead history exportable for 90 days after.
